To maintain these competitive rates, we operate a 100% advance payment basis and are unable to provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services due to long remittance cycle. Return & Exchange Policy
At our company, we are proud to be Authorized Channel Partners of leading security brands including HIKVISION, CP Plus, Dahua, and Panasonic. We ensure that all products sold are genuine and backed by warranty services. Please note that these brands not offer replacements for any product, even in the case of DOA (Dead on Arrival). If you experience an issue with a CCTV product, simply deposit it at our Delhi Office, and we will facilitate warranty services directly with the manufacturer. Once we receive the repaired or replaced product, we will notify you for self-pick-up. Due to the high quality of these products, the error rate is less than 1%. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, adhering strictly to the policies set by the brands represent.
