Shipping Policy
We deliver COD orders to the nearest metro station only for Delhi/NCR orders. Out of station orders will be processed only after payment including shipping cost.

We take utmost care to deliver and there is nothing happened issue since 11 years. If there is any issue with courier mishandling, you have to bear the loss. You can also self pick-up from our Delhi Office. We believe mainly in transparency and 100% satisfaction at our word.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are Authorized Channel Partners of HIKVISION, CP Plus, Dahua and Panasonic Security Products and we sell only genuine product. These companies do not provide replacement of any product even for DOA. Therefore, we do not provide replacement, we only provide warranty services. As for example, you faced issue with an CCTV and you deposit the faulty product at our Delhi Office, we send it to principle company to avail warranty services. Whenever I receive product from company (repaired/replacement), we’ll call to you for self-pick-up. As such, these branded company product error is very less (less that 1%).
