Scope of Service:
- Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of cameras, NVR, and related accessories.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring optimal performance and system uptime.
- Replacement of faulty cables/connectors (if required, at an additional cost).
- Software updates and configuration adjustments.
Note: The AMC does not cover physical damage, theft, or replacement of major hardware components.
