Scope of Service:
Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of cameras, DVR, and related accessories.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Ensuring optimal performance and system uptime.
Replacement of faulty cables/connectors (if required, at an additional cost).
Software updates and configuration adjustments.
Note: The AMC does not cover physical damage, theft, or replacement of major hardware components.
